🔍 Technical Information
This website is partially compliant with the Swedish Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services, due to the following issues.
🚧 Content that is currently not accessible
Known accessibility issues:
Link texts: Some links are labeled only as “Read more” – we know, not very informative, but we’re actively working to improve this.
Media: Some images are missing alt text. Videos published before June 2025 may not have pause controls.
Heading structure: Some pages do not follow the correct heading hierarchy (H1–H2–H3…).
Buttons: Some buttons currently lack descriptive text, making them difficult to use with a screen reader.
Time limits: Some flows include time limits without options to extend or pause.
Forms: Some forms on the website can be difficult to understand when errors occur, making it unclear why submission is not possible. We are also aware that missing labels and
aria-describedby
attributes can make navigation harder for screen reader users.Calendars: It may be difficult for screen reader users to navigate and understand what happens on screen after selecting a date.
Tab order: On some parts of the website, the tab order is not fully logical.
Language: In some cases, we use English words in Swedish texts without clearly indicating the language code.
Browser settings: The website does not fully respect the user’s browser preferences – for example, dark mode is not currently supported.
🎯 Our goal is to have this resolved by: 20 December 2025.
❗ Content covered by exceptions
At this time, we have not invoked any exceptions for disproportionate burden. We believe that accessibility should include everyone - no exceptions.
🔬 How we tested the website
We carried out an internal self-assessment of accessibility using tools such as WAVE and Axe.
