    Exclusive encounter - Tiger

    Meet the world’s largest cat – the mighty tiger! Learn about Kolmården’s tigers, the serious threats of tigers in the wild and what Kolmården contributes with to help preserving the tiger. If you’re lucky, you’ll see a tiger face to face – standing on its hind legs against the glass right in front of you!

    The experience
    During the visit, which takes approx 30 minutes, you’ll meet the tigers through a safety barrier.
    The visit takes place in groups of up to 8 people.
    We reserve the right to make changes to our guided tours and activities, based on the needs of our animals or other unforeseen events.

    Minimum age
    15 years unless accompanied by an adult.
    Recommended for visitors over the age of 3.

    Ticket
    All visitors, regardless of age, must purchase an activity ticket in order to take part of this activity.
    Please note that everyone in group of visitors must also purchase an admission ticket to Kolmården in order in take part of this activity.

    Meeting place

    • At 09.30 Outside the main entrance and walk about 35 minutes to Tiger World.
    • At 15.00 Outside the Tiger House in Tiger World.

    This experience cannot be rescheduled after it has been booked.
    This activity is not suitable for people with disabilities.
    This activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
